I decided to photograph this prop truck outside and was just going to take ‘a random shot’ when a red car drove by illuminating all of the curves while reflecting and refracting light to do so. I was in position to take a shot, but what happened next was absolutely random. Some photographers wait for the moment, but I’m wondering if it’s not the moment waiting for the observer.

Crazy times we live in.

I think the wheels were red, but not the rest of the truck.

Just so happened to be around noon and the leaves celebrating in style.

I just can’t get over how the shadow on the floor is almost three-dimensional.

Pennies in the water create the perfect color scheme of bronze and turquoise.

People in a scene increase the possibilities of chance exponentially, but somehow patterns emerge in the landscape of chaos.

Was viewing a trichromatic color scheme chance, or was my mind just seeking out order?

My wife’s beautiful hair braid. Again, another example of pattern and structure.
