Texas is diverse.  Texas can be flat&#8230;<em>very<\/em> flat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I don&#8217;t know what I had in my mind in terms of photographs on my way to Monahans.  For some reason, I had thought there was more visual diversity passing through the area last year.  But traveling to Monahans today left me scrambling for something visually stimulating.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>I had different formats and image ratios selected on my camera prior to photography capture.  Texas can be so drab, though, prompting me to settle on the black and white 4:3 ratio in the images below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\"
